01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pak bet platform — whether through the website at pakbet.vu, the mobile app, or any other access point — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pak bet.

03 Account Rules

Each player is entitled to register and maintain one account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device IDs — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. If you have any reason to believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact pak bet support immediately.

pak bet will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through no fault of the platform — for example, where you have shared your credentials with a third party or have been subject to phishing outside of the platform.

• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after registration without formal identity verification.
• Email addresses and phone numbers can be updated through account settings, subject to verification.
• Players are responsible for all activity on their account, including any bets placed or withdrawals requested.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for an extended period — may be subject to a dormancy review process.

04 Deposits

pak bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you personally. Deposits from payment methods registered to another person are not permitted. pak bet reserves the right to request confirmation that the payment method being used belongs to the account holder.

• Deposits via mobile wallets — JazzCash and Easypaisa — are generally processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers and some card deposits may take longer to reflect in your account balance depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• pak bet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of the platform.
• Deposits made to your pak bet account are intended for use on the platform. If you deposit funds with no genuine intention to place bets or play games, pak bet reserves the right to review and close such activity.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested through the same cashier section used for deposits. Available withdrawal methods and processing timelines are shown at the point of submission. pak bet processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, with mobile wallet withdrawals — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast — typically completing faster than bank transfers.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed any applicable identity verification checks.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be fully completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method that belongs to you — the same person who registered the account.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the offer terms. 07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pak bet are subject to the specific rules for the relevant product — sports betting, casino slots, live casino, crash games, or any other game type. These rules are published within the relevant product sections of the platform and form part of the overall terms.

For sports betting specifically, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — if you proceed at a changed price, this constitutes acceptance of the new odds.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or decided under circumstances not covered by standard rules, pak bet's trading team will apply the most appropriate settlement rule for the bet type in question.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension during certain match events. Bets placed just before a suspension may still be accepted — in cases of clear error or obvious mispricing, pak bet reserves the right to void such bets.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or bet placement, pak bet's decision on how to handle the affected round or bet will be final. Where possible, the position will be restored to its state before the error occurred.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak bet. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account:

• Any behaviour intended to disrupt the platform's operation, including attempting to access systems or data beyond your own account.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.
